Just over a week ago, I wrote this. Then I went to rest and forgot to post it - I got too relaxed! I thought I'd share it with you now...I developed flu and this is the last day I am having it. I have tapped and tapped and got over it in just about a day or so. Today, I was tapping for it again while I lay in bed for a rest. A memory popped into my head of a crackhead who had accosted me on London's underground for being too fat after taking steroids. I was surprised to feel a 7 for this, as I thought I had dealt with it.I kept tapping for it, then finally I was able to tap and forgive this person. To forgive, I allowed each of my chakras to grow strong as I let God forgive him. Then I forgave him.I am not too sure what relevance this memory is, but it came to me for release and I'm glad it's out of my system. Oh yes, I remember.
