After much Tapping, I need to share this Why I am sharing this on a blog for chronic illness Because by helping others, especially all those lovely innocent cats and dogs, I can do my bit to stop suffering. I have found a way to manage a chronic illness and am healthier than most people my age, thanks to EFT Tapping and other Energy Healing methods. I intend to live a long and happy life, and we did everything we could to give our furbaby a long and happy life. But the ending, instead of being swift, kind, and a loving spiritual occasion, was not quite as planned. Stool Sample Anxiety EFT Tapping I have recently realized that my stomach symptoms are not a post-covid symptom, had a phone appointment with the doctor, and booked in all the right investigations for now. One of those is a stool sample. I was so confident of producing it yesterday but did not want to poo after all. I woke up this morning after each nightmare of not being able to poo and tapped on each one. When the final morning alarm rang, I woke up with dread. I couldn't poo. I ate something substantial. Still, I couldn't poo. So I started tapping. Setup: "Even though I can't poo, I'm too anxious about how I'm going to collect this sample, I deeply love and accept myself."
