EFT For Having To Strengthen My Lungs Again After Suspected COVID-19 Infection It started with feeling miserable because I was out of breath this morning and had to take an inhaler with a nasty steroid in order to go for the gentlest jog. I had to tap something like: "Even though I'm miserable and just don't feel like going out to run, I deeply and completely love and accept myself". After half an hour, I was out the door in my running kit. But it was tough. So I tapped as I jogged something like: "I don't want to do this" and "It's too hard". Before I knew it, I had completed 1.3 km of mixed jogging and walking. Baby steps but a good start. Then I found it relatively easy to finish off with Yoga in the garden.
